Sometimes it's easy to wonder if it's okay to not be okay, especially as a Christian. Aren't Christ followers supposed to be happy all the time? The truth is that we're all part of a fallen world, but Jesus has given us a great example of what to do when we face trials, tragedy, and trauma.
